It is time! You are now moments away from unlocking delightful conversations with AI characters that fit your favorite personalities. Setting up your Starmoon device is easy. However, problems do end up sprouting up sometimes and we are here every step of the way. If you face any issues during setup, reach out to us.

📦 What’s inside

Inside the Starmoon package you will find:

1. The Starmoon AI Device
2. A Silicone strap
3. A USB Type-C charging cable
4. A setup manual with your unique-key

📶 Setup and Wifi

1. Your device is currently in hibernation 🐻. Tap the side button to wake it up.
2. The main light should blink green 🟢 a couple of times and then stay blue 🔵.
   1. This is setup mode. (You only need this for new WiFi networks.)
   2. On your phone/Laptop search for the network: Starmoon-WXYZ
   3. Enter your WiFi Name and Password (Make sure your home WiFi supports 2.4gHz)
   4. Then enter your Unique device code and Email. (You must already have a Starmoon account with your email.)
   5. That’s it! Your WiFi network is now saved and your device, registered 💪
3. If you move houses, switch WiFis, the device will automatically go into WiFi setup mode. Follow the steps in #2.

✊ Knock Knock who’s there?!

1. If Setup above went well, your Starmoon device should be rock and rolling!
2. Say hi and talk about anything and everything. Okay maybe not everything…
3. To interrupt the chat: tap the side button once.
4. To end the chat: double-press the side button twice OR long-press the button.
5. When you end the chat, your characters go to sleep. You can wake them up but tapping the device button once.
